Julia Duncan – What does owning a Photography for Little People franchise mean to me?
I purchased my Franchise, covering Suffolk and Norfolk, nearly 18 months ago and I’ve never looked back. What first appealed to me was the amazing quality of the products that the franchise provides. All frames and canvases are produced to an extremely high standard and are adored by all my clients particularly as there’s such a wide range to choose from.
On meeting Jan Massey and Melanie Armstrong, I was struck by their passion and the fact that, whilst I would own my own business, I would never be alone. My initial training was of an incredibly high standard given Melanie is a UK leader in newborn photography. I continue to enhance my training throughout the year and Melanie’s weekly mentoring has meant that I have seen my business grow steadily.
You get out what you put in. It’s hard work to establish a new business and you’ve got to put yourself out there both online and offline. But with the proven business systems and processes that the Photography for Little People franchise provides, you can be up and running very quickly, far more so than if you were setting up on your own. You can also choose your hours. I fit my business around my 3-year-old but I also know that when she starts school, I’ll have the flexibility to work more hours and grow my business further.
I’ve loved every minute of the last 18 months and highly recommend the franchise and all it offers.
